What a day can look like
Your team arrives at the barn, often curious and a little unsure what to expect. We start with a conversation about what you would like to be different. Then we move to a series of tasks with the horses, all unmounted, where the team has to communicate, agree an approach and adjust when something is not working.
The horses respond to the team's communication and movement, giving us something immediate to notice and discuss. We finish indoors, connecting what happened in the arena to how the team works on an ordinary Tuesday. Half days and full days are available, and each day is built around what matters most to you.
